#News #Stream Resin Tomb – Fetid Existence
Artist: Resin Tomb
Title: Fetid Existence

Release date: 15 January 2027
Country: Australia
Format reviewed: High-quality digital recording
Resin Tomb are back with their formidable blackened dissonant death metal/grindcore blend, and it sounds as vicious as ever.
On their new album, Australian band Resin Tomb sound much more comfortable and confident wielding their meticulously constructed sound that’s a nasty blend of death metal and grindcore spiked with dissonance and topped off with a bristly black metal fuzz. Their songs undergo various phases, from vigorous pounding parts to atmospheric passages, almost always culminating in an epic, memorable fashion. With a sound that is more cohesive while also being pliant, they are no doubt able to achieve greater expression. One would be hard-pressed to find bands in the style playing music that is as diverse and multifaceted and yet scathing and intense as theirs. “Fetid Existence” is another resounding success which sees Resin Tomb carrying forward their sublime sound and expanding upon it.
