Gravecrawler, a Death metal act from Stockholm, Sweden will release on the 7th of August on all major streaming platforms the first album “Nidus”

Born in the suburbs of Stockholm in the summer of 2019, Gravecrawler is a band determined to honor the
legacy of Swedish Metal while dragging it into darker, heavier territory.

Drawing from the raw groove of old-school Swedish Death Metal, the icy bleakness of 90’s Black Metal, and
injecting an unapologetic dose of Slam-like grime, Gravecrawler have built a sound that is as unpolished
and visceral as it is uncompromising.

The band takes pride in their DIY ethos, tracking and producing every note themselves to preserve the
authenticity at the core of their music and sharpening their craft with every release.

“Extreme metal was never meant to be clean or safe,” the band states. “We’re here to keep it ugly.”
Now, Gravecrawler is preparing to unleash their most ambitious work yet: Nidus, a concept album
chronicling tales from a dying world, from its first spark of creation to its inevitable annihilation.

Brutal, atmospheric, and bleak, Nidus promises to be a suffocating journey into the depths of extreme metal.
With new material on the horizon and an ever-growing presence in the underground scene, Gravecrawler stands ready to deliver their unique brand of brutality to fans of extreme music worldwide.
