SABATON If you were not aware, our writer Julia Katrin is a hu-hu-huge fan of the Swedish heavy metallers Sabaton so there is of course no way of keeping them out of this week´s update as they have announced a legendary 2025 arena tour where they set to conquer 20 European cities in 2025! The tour promises to be bigger and better than anything they have ever done before, and so get ready for 2025 to quickly roll around and get tickets and info here on a show near you!
KING SATAN Joining the Finnish industrial metal masters of Turmion Kätilöt, King Satan has been announced as their direct support act in January 2025 so make sure you have your peepers open for dates and tickets!
DESERTFEST BERLIN The electric 2025 edition of Desertfest Berlin has unleashed a batch of new names, confirming names such as Slomosa, Bismut, Story and many more! Previously the prog- and psych rock overlords Elder were confirmed alongside Eyehategod so it’s safe to say that the lineup is already burning hot, and there is really no other option but to head on over here to claim some tickets and then simply wait until May next year!
BEYONG THE GATES 2025 The festival has revealed the first wave of bands, and the names are no less than King Diamond, I Am Morbid, Hellripper and many more, and of course even more will be announced later, but if this isn’t already an occasion to get some tickets, then we don’t know what is!
RHÜNE MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL First headliner has been confirmed for Rhüne Mountain Festival for June next year, and it’s no other than the sludge/doom heavyweights Dopethrone! If you are in Stoney Creek, Ontario, or any area around or just love travelling, head over here right now to get some tickets!

Such linguistic flexibility is definitely not required to enjoy the record though. So strap in and check out one of the most creative and varied extreme metal releases you’re likely to hear this year. GRIMA If you’re over here in the Western Hemisphere, you’ll likely feel the first icy tendrils of winter approaching — perfect timing then to freeze your soul with icy black metal from Siberia in the form of Grima and forthcoming album Nightside.
