#BAZUndergroundUpdates CCIII

It happened again! Our world has been rattled as we have been set back a day by our leading editor, and our writers Julia Katrin and Tom Osman are left confused! But never so much that they can’t produce the latest installment of The Underground Updates!

So, let’s see what’s out there…

NIGHT SHALL DRAPE US Coming together from corners of the Nordic underground, Night Shall Drape Us has announced their second offering from their upcoming debut album and it is dedicated to the intoxicating Goddess of time and death! Head over here to watch the video for the track The Queen of the Read Streams right now, and of course remember that the album itself, Lunatic Choir, is scheduled for a release on the 26th of April, so make sure you place your preorder here!

BLIND EQUATION East Asia and Australasia better prepare themselves as Blind Equation has announced some tour dates! This Death is Colorful Tour is the first for the group outside of the US and will be running from April 3rd to May 2nd! For further info, follow Blind Equation over here, here and here!

KING YOSEF Industrial metal mind-scrambler King Yosef has just put out his latest split single Mist Of Pain/Dredge. Check it out here.

MALAÖUN Well this is sinister. Mysteries Malaysian black-metal entity Malaöun is poised to release its third full-length album. The fittingly-titled The Inexorable Darkness is released on April 1st on Mexico’s Iron, Blood and Death Corporation. You can listen to the album in full here and enjoy having your soul sucked out through your pores by a ghoulish apparition. There are also limited CD copies to be had too.

PRISONER Don’t you think it’s about time that you submerge yourself in some raging, powerful industrial-sludge-crust-punk-infused extreme metal? Surely you do and fortunately this Friday sees the release of Putrid / Obsolete, the latest album by Richmond, Virginia’s Prisoner and it’s a monster. You can pre-order the album on vinyl and cassette here where you can also listen to two singles.

Having to pay gigantic sums for international postage is a real gear grinder.

While it’s our default setting to link Bandcamp pages in the case of new and pre-releases, we thought it would be helpful to add some online stores that might provide a useful alternative.

So if you see a release you fancy, but it’s being sold in a far off land and you don’t want to fork out on exorbitant shipping, see if any of the links below can remedy the situation.

If more streams continue to eat up our Underground Tuesdays, we just may have to get used to the idea that we have to be moved to Wednesdays more often, but who cares? At least we are always here once a week to point you in the right direction for all the metal goodness out there!
