#BAZUndergroundUpdates LXXXV
It feels like The Underground Updates have been going on for so long that there is almost no need for these introductions each week, but just so we are clear we have our writers Julia Katrin and Tom Boatman back at it once again with the latest updates of offers and activities!
So, let’s see what’s out there…

SELVANS Horror-folk and prog inspired Selvans has a demonic and monstrous metal offering in the form of Dark Italian Art. The EP is out now on Avantgarde Music on vinyl and CD. You can listen and pick up a copy here.
ARS MAGNA UMBRAE Once again I, Voidhanger Records deliver something unique in the realms of extreme metal. This time it’s in the form of Polish atmospheric black metal group Ars Magna Umbrae and their new album Throne Between Worlds. You can listen to the album here, where you’ll also get links to purchase the album, including on limited vinyl.
ABHORIA If you’ve been thinking to yourself that it’s been too long since you had your face peeled off by some intense, 90s inspired black metal, rejoice! For an answer cometh in the form of the self-titled debut by Abhoria on Prosthetic Records. Due out on Feb 4th next year, you can pre-order the album on CD and limited, coloured vinyl here, where you can also listen to the preview track Mountebank.
Having to pay gigantic sums for international postage is a real gear grinder. While it’s our default setting to link bandcamp pages in the case of new and pre-releases, we thought it would be helpful to add some online stores that might provide a useful alternative. So if you see a release you fancy, but it’s being sold in a far off land and you don’t want to fork out on exorbitant shipping, see if any of the links below can remedy the situation.
