I remember doing the review of the previous release, the EP “The Carnal Temples” and I really enjoyed it. Now I have the pleasure of giving you the reco of this album. Amazing, There are no words to describe how much this album is damn good. The melodies, the voice, the riffs, the drums, the songs, the “cold” that is transmitted by the bands music. If you know the band you can expect the damn good music, that Aegrus were giving us till today, if you don’t know the band, you are losing a damn good band. Check it.

Bummmmmmmm… Yes, a big bomb. This album will “kill” everyone with the quality music. The band opened the gates of hell, and devastation will start. You are not prepared for this. The riffs, the strong voice and yet full of hatred. The heavy cadence in the slow parts of the songs, and the fast parts… Oh my. I’m in love with this album. Reminded me a bit of Angelcorpse on the fast parts but even heavier and with much more Death Metal mixed. To give you an idea, well, +/-, of the band’s music… Can you Imagine Angelcorpse mixed with Rebaelliun? To me, it reminds me of those two bands but mixed. Enjoy it.

The reason for me putting just France / Germany / USA… While listening to the promo, I was trying to find out more about the band and its members. And… The info is a bit strange… A band that started with members of one band from Austria, but the Arborescence of Wrath, only has 4 members, 3 from France, one from the USA, and no Germany like I found in a few places, where is the fifth member? The promo text, says that is a full member, but the band on their own social media the fifth member is a session drummer (the German person) and he is from Marduk. Personally, I gave up trying to understand and connect the dots. So… For me, I will put what I got info from the Label and what I found on the band’s Social Media. Moving forward… Moving inside the Death Metal world, not the traditional one, beware of that… They are more a Brutal Death Metal band, but not so exaggerated. I’m not a fan of this style, but I’m curious and I like to know things and stay tuned, so sometimes I listen to this music style. And you know one thing? I really like this album. You need to listen to it.
