Hello there,

And… Edition number 100. Almost 2 years doing this article. Many bands listened to by me to do this article, many were not possible to mention here, and many more will be listened to by me. Hope I can do more other 100 or even more times this article.

Check my recos…

Band: Carma
Title: Ossadas
Label: Monumental Rex
Release date: 03 March 2023
Country: Portugal
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording

After almost 8 years the second album from this Portuguese band is released. It was a long time, hope people didn’t forget the band. In my opinion, there are differences between this album and the previous and first one. The band is more Funeral Doom / Doom Metal and they are leaving the Black Metal. Is not a bad option to move, I did enjoy the album. Hope the next album doesn’t take too much like this one.

Band: Death Reich
Title: Disharmony
Label: Non Serviam Records
Release date: 17 March 2023
Country: Sweden
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording

This year is releasing some very good damn Death metal albums. And this one is one of those. Can be fast, can have the old-style feeling, amazing and headbanging riffs, amazing changes of tempo, a very good damn drum work, very good vocals, and a strong sound. Congratulations. Very good one. I will listen to this album many times, that is for sure.

Band: Expunged
Title: Visions of Agony
Label: CDN Records
Release date: 17 March 2023
Country: Canada
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording

This Canadian band is been releasing very good Death Metal in my opinion. I admit that I didn’t listen to the previous album or the previous splits, the last time I heard this band was when released the s/t EP. That time in my opinion there was more Death Metal. What do I mean by this? Well, in my opinion in this album, they have Crust, D-Beat, and Grindcore influences/touches here and there. Well, at least more presents. That doesn’t make this album a bad one, no way. This album is very good in my opinion. Just listen to it and enjoy it.

Don’t forget to support the bands and labels.
