#BAZUndergroundUpdates CXXXVI
It’s a brand new week ladies and gentlemen! You know what that means, right?
So, let’s see what’s out there…
NEUROT RECORDINGS The weekly Pay What You Can over at Neurot Recordings is ongoing as always, and this week’s album pick is And We Wept The Black Ocean Within by A Storm of Light! Head over here to get your copy now and simply pay what you can!
SUNN O))) Working hard at the moment to prepare for maximum immersion, Sunn O))) has some very special performances in December and January. On top of that there is an offer on VIP Soundcheck Experiences + Life Pedal Packages, so make sure you check over here to find your ticket!
NIGHT CROWNED Currently busy recording their new album, Night Crowned aims to appear at Black Hole Fest IV in Switzerland in April next year, so make sure you keep your eyes out for those tickets!
CRYPTWORM Earlier this year Bristol’s Cryptworm unleashed a barrel-full of toxic, death metal filth in the form of Spewing Mephitic Putridity. Now anyone looking for a large dollop of Demilich refined down to its most putrid form can enjoy the release on a limited coloured vinyl edition. Check it out here where you can listen to the album in full.
KAMRA Italy’s Avantgarde Music are a dependable source of left-field, extreme metal. The latest release is Cerebral Alchemy, by Slovenian black metal group Kamra. With atmospheric and death metal elements, this is worth checking out for anyone who likes a bit of experimental black metal. There are various editions, including limited vinyl, available here where you can also listen to the album in full.
VANANIDR Some ominous and epic black metal is coming over the horizon in the form of Vananidr and their latest album, Beneath the Mould, out now on Black Lion Records. Check it out here, where you can listen in full and pick up a copy in various formats.
Having to pay gigantic sums for international postage is a real gear grinder.
While it’s our default setting to link Bandcamp pages in the case of new and pre-releases, we thought it would be helpful to add some online stores that might provide a useful alternative.
So if you see a release you fancy, but it’s being sold in a far off land and you don’t want to fork out on exorbitant shipping, see if any of the links below can remedy the situation.
