#ShortOnes LXXXII #UndergroundRecos
Hello there,
And the last Saturday of the month arrived. True story. For many an important and desired Holiday is coming, for others just the end of the month. For me… Well…
Check my recos…
Band: Mysteria Mystica Aeterna
Title: The Temple of Eosphoros
Label: Iron Bonehead Productions
Release date: 28 October 2022
Country: Germany
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
Lately, I have been noticing that more and more bands are appearing and playing old fashion Black Metal. This one is one of those but… The Symphonic Black Metal. Not like the new Dimmu Borgir, thank you, ancient gods. It is more like Black Metal with keyboards like in the middle of the 90s’. Since I grow up when this metal style appeared, it brings me very good memories. The band and this album sound like were made at that time. A very good album. You need to check them.
Band: Necromutilator
Title: Oath of Abhorrence
Label: Osmose Productions
Release date: 28 October 2022
Country: Italy
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
I heard the first time when they released the EP “Ripping Blasphemy” in 2017 and since then, I’m following them. The band doesn’t bring anything new that is true, but the songs/music they bring to my ears are so damn good. This album is the first one via Osmose Productions and if you like the previous releases I bet you will like this one too.
Band: Pale Spektre
Title: Bereft of Xerotic Layers
Label: Amor Fati Productions / Nuclear War Now! Productions
Release date: 31 October 2022
Country: Germany
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
The only info about this band is that they are a trio and the members are from other bands and they are from Germany. Besides that no more info. So let me say about their music. In my opinion, they are moving inside the Black Death Metal style, but the influences of other music styles can’t be denied too. The sound sounds raw and primitive but it so damn good the “atmosphere” created. Check them.
Don’t forget to support the bands and labels.
