The Hybrid Suns by French extreme metal brutalizers Exocrine is the label’s latest release and it fits all the descriptors above. Check it out here, listen in full and buy a copy.
THEY LIVE | WE SLEEP Billed as “A project used to vent some aggression and energy, that would otherwise be turned inwards”, listening to They Live | We Sleep certainly gives the impression that something needs to be expelled. Fans of dark, metallic hardcore should check out the preview track from the forthcoming four-track release Sorrowful World here. The release date is 2nd September on Trepanation Records and there are a host of editions you can pre-order on the link above.
HIEROPHANT Described on promotional pages as “uncompromising in its quest for sonic violence”, Death Siege — the forthcoming album by Italy’s Hierophant — seems to be just that. That’s if the preview track on Bandcamp is anything to go by. Check it out here. The album will be released on Season of Mist on the 26th of August. Pre-order the album on the link above.
