#ShortOnes LV #UndergroundRecos
Hello there,
This week… Well, I had the possibility to listen to more music than the previous week, so that is positive, checked several new albums, listen to some old releases, and cause of the new ones, here I’m to give you some recos…
Band: Falamh
Title: Aeons Effigy
Label: Independent
Release date: 25 March 2022
Country: Canada
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
I have to start this way. On the first 2 or 3 listens this EP was not convincing me. Not at all, but after that, the songs started to flow quite well and decided to put this release on my list for you. The Blackened Death Metal made by this Canadian band is not the best one you will listen to but is good and that is enough for me.
Band: Inanna
Title: Void of Unending Depths
Label: Memento Mori
Release date: 25 April 2022
Country: Chile
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
Chile in my opinion always had a strong Death Metal movement and this band is one of those bands. Unfortunately, the band was/is not so active doing releases, and many people will forget them for sure. But still, give them a chance and listen to their music.
Band: Meyhnach
Title: Miseria de Profundis
Label: Osmose Productions
Release date: 29 April 2022
Country: France
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
A good surprise. To be honest, was not so receptive to this album, but I must admit (once again) a good surprise. Is way better than the previous album, much more in my opinion. If you don’t know the band, or the nickname of the musician (same as the band’s name), check it.
Band: Purgatory
Title: Apotheosis of Anti Light
Label: War Anthem Records
Release date: 01 April 2022
Country: Germany
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
One of the oldest Death Metal bands from Germany and a band that I have been following almost since the beginning. Like many bands, they had good, and not so good albums. But this one… Very good. You need to check it.
Don’t forget to support the bands and labels.
