#ShortOnes L #UndergroundRecos
Hello there,
Edition number 50. Yep. That is true. I’m doing this article with much pleasure/honour for more than a year. It’s been so good knowing new bands, helping to spread their music of them, and it will be for much time more. Enjoy my today recos.
Band: Aethyrick
Title: Pilgrimage
Label: The Sinister Flame
Release date: 31 March 2022
Country: Finland
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
Could be this album the best album released till today from Aethyrick? Well, to that question the answer depends on who is listening to the album and how much this album “touches” on you. For me is a very good album and you MUST have a listen.
Band: Kvaen
Title: The Great Below
Label: Black Lion Records
Release date: 25 March 2022
Country: Sweden
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
I really enjoyed the previous releases of Kvaen, but to be honest this one it kills. Very good. The songs are very good and catchy (not commercial ok?). My had didn’t stop from the first song till the last one. Very good indeed. Check it.
Band: Night Crowned
Title: Rebirth of the Old
Label: Noble Demon
Release date: 18 March 2022
Country: Sweden
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
I have to start this way, what this band plays is nothing new but the blackened death metal, with symphonic touches is very well done. Very well done, to be honest. So, if you don’t know them… Well… It’s about time.
Band: Velka
Title: Purgatori Ignis Iudicium
Label: Base Record Production / Necromance Records
Release date: 11 December 2021
Country: Basque Country
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording
Well… I took too much time to listen to this album, the “Listen to list” was (and it is) big. Sorry to Velka for my delay. But… Was worth the time. I mean, this album is so (I can’t write bad language here) good. Really good to be honest. I love it. The first album from this band is so good. You need to listen to.
Don’t forget to support the bands and labels.
