I was looking for something different and then I saw the band name on the promo file that we got from the labels, bands, PR. Autumn Tears caught my attention. I related the name with one or two styles. And… I was so wrong.

Opened the file, looked to the cover, the idea of the one or two music styles kept inside me, but I was wrong, again…

I related the band with some Death Dom Metal band or Funeral music style and the band… Is so damn different and decided to keep listening to it… And thankfully, that I decided to.

While listening to this album was reading the EPK and learning, discovering the band and the music made these musicians were getting inside me in a such wonderful, relaxing, powerful, and pleasant way.

I didn’t know anything about the band and very few from the music style, at least in the this purest way, mixed with another music style I already heard many bands, but in this such pure way, only a few bands, solo musicians. So the discovering was even better to be honest.

While listening to this band I remember listening to another band in this music world and I found that they are in an “unkown” status. Oh my how time flies…

Autumn Teras is a band that moves inside the Neoclassical music style and… It was so good listening to it.

The music, the instruments used, the mix of voices, the construction of the songs, the melodies even some of them very melancholic make this album a good expirence/listening.

Do I advise this band to everyone, No, I can´t cause some people will not give the real value to this band cause is not their own style or just don’t want to lost time listening to something different from the comfort zone they have, or simply don’t like this kind of music, but, they will lose a very good band and a very good album, to be honest.

I can’t describe correctly the songs and/or the sensations while listening to this album. They were “strange” even if good, it’s difficult to express it. It’s pain and love together. Hurts but feels good. It’s a mix of feelings, of dark and light ones.

So I think it’s better you listen to this album. 8/10 The Key Keeper 666
