Short Ones – VII – #UndergroundRecos

Since I started the zine in 2012, that time in paper, and I decided to restart again in this format that you know in nowdays, starting to invite persons in order to share this dream with them, founding amazing persons and being very proud being with them… My BAZ family. All this to say that since I remember this past week, was the week that I heard less music. Yep that is true. But still, I have a few things to show you.

I really hope you enjoy it. Check it.

Band: Funeral Fullmoon
Title: Poetry of the Death Poison
Label: Inferna Profundus Records
Release date: 05 April 2021
Country: Chile
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording

If I didn’t know the band I will never guess the band was from Chile. I mean, The bands I know from that country, are totally different even if they are inside the same music style as Funeral Fullmoon. This band plays a very good raw Black Metal, with a dark atmosphere around it. I did enjoy it.

Band: Ande
Title: Bos
Label: Naturmacht Productions
Release date: 18 April 2021
Country: Belgium
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording

Ande… Do you know that feeling that you already heard the name or the music, and you can’t remember where or when? Well, this Belgian band is one of those cases. The Black Metal played here is moving inside the Atmospheric one mixed with some “traditional” one. A good mix in my opinion.

Band: Malformity
Title: Monumental Ruin
Label: Unspeakable Axe Records
Release date: 19 April 2021
Country: USA
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording

Looking every day for good and new music, or, new and good music, Hmmm… Whatever, it’s good music and always new. Eheheh. Is always a good thing and in those times, also appears to fall on your lap. In this case, Malformity. Good Old Style Death Metal. I really did enjoy this one. It looks like I returned to the 90s’. Thank you for that.

Band: Nuclear Revenge
Title: Dawn of the Primitive Age
Label: Awakening Records
Release date: 24 April 2021
Country: Spain
Format reviewed: High-quality Digital Recording

Hailing from the lands of Spain, I have for you, Nuclear Revenge. They play a very good old fashion Thrash Metal but at the same time, some Black Metal influences here and there. At least is what it looks like to me. A very good surprise. Check them.

Don’t forget to support the bands and labels.
