BAZ Friday XLVI – Underground Reco For Underground Maniacs
This week was gone so fast… Well, at least to me. I didn’t have many time to listen to my beloved music. But, even if some lack of time I managed to listen to some good bands. Hope you enjoy it.
Band: Black Pestilence
Title: Hail The Flesh
Label: Independent
Release Date: 01 May 2020
Country: Canada
Format Reviewed: Digital Promo
Uh la la. Very good. Amazing discharge of very good music. This band plays Black Punk Metal in a very good way. The songs are fast, catchy and well produced too. The riffs are contagious, the voice is aggressive and at the same time a bit “provocative”. I can imagine the vocalist on stage singing and playing at the same time and grabbing the audience together with the rest of band. I did enjoy this one. You need to check it.
Band: SevenSins
Title: Legends of Kazakhstan
Label: Satanath Records / Murdher Records
Release Date: 19 April 2020
Country: Kazakhstan
Format Reviewed: Digital Stream
This band already exist since 2010 and they released one demo and two albums. “Legends of Kazakhstan” is the third album and what an album. This is so good. They do a mix of Black Metal with Death Metal with some Symphonic touches here and there. They manage to create very solid and good songs. An album that is dedicated to the legends of eastern Kazakhstan. Check them. You will not regret.

Title: Metamorphoses
Label: Black Lion Records
Release Date: 24 April 2020
Country: USA

One of the good things in my life is to know new bands. This is one of those bands. This is the first album of them after the demo “Demo 2016”. And a good band to be honest. Moving inside the Doom Metal and in my opinion, influenced by Paradise Lost. A very good debut, that you must listen too. The cover is amazing and was done by Kishor Haulenbeek.

Moving inside the Death Metal with a bit of technical style but also with the Melodic Death Metal. It is a good mix, to be honest. The balance between both is very well done. The album was a good surprise and had a very good time listen to. Check them. They deserve. At least in my opinion.
